This Privacy Policy explains how Silvi Team collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of Silvi, an AI-based image style transformation application.

Silvi is designed solely for creative image rendering and visual transformation. It does not function as a social platform, identity service, or data aggregation tool. This policy is intended to clearly outline what information is involved during use, the purpose of processing, and the level of control retained by users.
Silvi is intended only for users aged 17 and above.
The application is not designed for children, and no data is knowingly collected from individuals under this age threshold. If underage usage is discovered, related information may be removed as part of compliance handling.
Silvi collects only the information necessary to perform its core function. This may include:
Images you choose to upload for style transformation, basic interaction data required to process requests, and any messages you voluntarily send to the support team.
Silvi does not require personal profiles, public usernames, or social identity information to function.
Silvi does not collect, store, analyze, or infer facial data or biometric identifiers.
The app does not perform facial recognition, facial landmark detection, identity matching, or any form of biometric profiling. No attempt is made to identify individuals, map facial geometry, or associate images with real-world identities.
If an uploaded image contains a human face, that face is treated as part of the overall image composition only. Image analysis is limited to visual style transformation—such as color treatment, texture rendering, and artistic effects—and is not used for recognition, tracking, or identity-related purposes.
Original images are used only for temporary processing required to generate the transformed result. Once the transformation is completed, temporary processing data is automatically discarded. Silvi does not retain facial data or image copies for training, advertising, or external sharing.
Generated images are produced in response to user requests.
These results may be stored locally on your device or within your in-app history depending on feature design. Users maintain full control over saving, deleting, or discarding generated content.
When content is deleted by the user, no retained copies are kept by Silvi.
To ensure stability and performance, Silvi may collect limited technical data such as device type, system version, app version, and error diagnostics. This information is used strictly for maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving app reliability.
Such data does not directly identify users.
Silvi may request access to certain device functions to support its features:
Access to the photo library or storage is required to allow users to select and save images. Camera access may be requested if image capture is supported. Network access is required to process AI transformations. Notification access may be used to inform users about processing status or feature updates.
If microphone access is enabled, it is used only for text box voice-to-text input and not for audio recording or background monitoring.
All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.
Silvi does not sell personal data.
Information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist with infrastructure or AI processing, under strict confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or legal process.
No image data or usage information is shared for advertising purposes.
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. Temporary processing data is deleted automatically once its purpose is fulfilled.
Users may remove their content at any time through available controls.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Any revisions will apply once published within the application. Continued use of Silvi indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
